We received your seller survey last week. As we began to fill it out, we felt it would not reflect how pleased we were with the service that we received from Bonnie Laughlin. We have had a long relationship with another broker but decided that we would interview other brokers in the area. We had met Bonnie last year when she showed us a house and while we did not move forward with an offer, we were very impressed with what we saw. We interviewed several brokers but Bonnie was the only one that came in with a clear strategy and a fully detailed plan. She also brought a contract ready to sign. It took us less than 10 minutes to agree on the listing price. Our story is a short one. Our house sold in three days. It took twelve appointments over one weekend to generate three offers and the last one came in at 20% above asking price. As if that was not enough, Bonnie referred us to the realtor we worked with in Austin who has turned out to be a carbon copy of her. In closing it was a pleasure working with Bonnie. She is really good at what she does, but it's how she does it that we will always remember.
